Drove a CTS-V at a driving experience at Monticello motor club. Freaking awesome ride. Almost traded in my Z06 for it several times when my son was born...

Do whatever you can to keep your Z06. Buy an earlier CTS-V that you don't mind your kid spilling food and drinks in. I cringe any time I need to put my kids in the M5. "NO FOOD OR DRINK!"

That's the idea for sure. While I liked the V and also considered an M3, I just can't see parting with my Z. The wife sometimes complains but she understands I'd be miserable without it.
